VERMOR Land & Tree Service LLC is run by Aristeo Perez out of Sebastian, Florida. We are a lawn and tree company — not a franchise, not a call centre with subcontractors. When you book us, the people who quoted the job are the people who show up to do it.
That matters more than it sounds. It means the person who told you what the job would cost is standing in your yard when it gets done, and there is nobody to pass the blame to if a corner gets cut. It is also why we do not ask anyone to sign a contract. If the work is good, you will call us again.
We cover Sebastian, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie & Indian River County — a 30-mile radius that takes in Indian River, Brevard and St. Lucie counties. Because we run routes through those areas all week, getting a new property added rarely means a long wait.
