Working in Fellsmere
Fellsmere properties tend to be bigger, more rural and more likely to have gone a season or two without attention. That changes the work: instead of a weekly forty-minute cut, we are often clearing brush, opening up fence lines and getting a property back to a state where regular maintenance is even possible.
Large-lot mowing and brush clearing are our most common requests out here. We cut overgrowth back to grade, open up the perimeter so fences are accessible again, and haul the resulting brush off site rather than leaving it piled at the edge of the property.
Once a property is reset, keeping it that way is straightforward. We set a schedule that fits how fast the lot actually grows — which on rural acreage is usually every two to three weeks through the wet season.
