Working in Micco
Micco sits just north of Sebastian along the river, close enough that we can usually fit a property into an existing route without much notice. That proximity matters most when something urgent comes up — a limb down after a storm, or a yard that needs to look right before family arrives.
Riverfront and near-river properties in Micco deal with humidity, salt-carrying wind and fast-growing understory. Beds fill in quickly, palms shed constantly, and hedges want trimming more often than most owners expect. We keep all of it on a schedule so it never becomes a project.
